Challenge
We needed to redesign the Rubix ARMSTM platform with an entirely new look and feel, while building a strong foundation for future growth. The platform faced low adoption due to complex, data-heavy workflows and broken navigation. It required a scalable, flexible design to support future features, seamless co-branding, and a responsive experience beyond desktop. Additionally, the platform had to balance the needs of diverse users from CFOs seeking high-level insights to executives requiring detailed, drill-down data.

We began the Rubix ARMSTM redesign with a two-day workshop focused on deep knowledge transfer understanding the platform as it existed and envisioning what it needed to become. Together, we co-created and mapped the existing system, identified the dos and don’ts, discussed technological constraints and available liberties, explored target users and their engagement patterns, and aligned on the experience the new design should deliver. This collaboration helped establish clear guidelines and a shared vision for the redesigned platform.

Navigating through the Rubix ARMSTM platform was previously a complex task. We simplified the workflows by making them shorter, clearer, and more intuitive. With a clean and structured design, data-heavy reports became easier to interpret. The overall look and feel of the platform was reimagined to be less overwhelming and more approachable, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
Data visualization for data clarity.
The real insight lies in the details. We redesigned Rubix Reports to unify the visual presentation of data and information, making the consumption of insights a seamless and delightful experience. Balancing clarity with business-oriented visuals while preserving the essence of Rubix Report was an engaging challenge and the results speak for themselves.
