An accidental entrepreneur, as she likes to put it, her exposure to the world of business began in childhood. She witnessed many businesses, factories and industries from the ground up,
observing the challenges, victories, setbacks and comebacks—the entire package. This early exposure unknowingly ignited her entrepreneurial spirit, a passion she would discover later in life.

After pursuing a degree in Computer Science when computers were not as common as today and Windows was still in the making, she pursued dual degrees in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary. Initially, she worked in the investment management team of an Institution and corporate and M&A transaction advisory.
Life took some unprecedented turns, leading her to Singapore, where she started managing business for a US based e-commerce company, scaling it ten-fold, and also launched her own e-commerce venture. This marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Through her professional journey of 25+ years, Priyanka has evolved into an entrepreneur, an active investor and strategy expert, helping numerous businesses grow. Somewhere along this journey, Lemon Yellow came around, where her diverse knowledge and experience aligned perfectly with the industry-agnostic field of design.
She brings sharp and incisive insights on every aspect of the business, formulating the strategies which help Lemon Yellow forge ahead. Working alongside the Founder, Sameer Bhambere, and Co-founder, Amit Bhambere, she turned this experience-driven design company into an industry leader, dedicated to solving user experience challenges for businesses.
Elevate. The word "elevate" defines her purpose in life and resonates throughout her work. As a Certified Coach, she also designs and conducts Leadership Development Programs aimed at elevating young minds in the team to become future leaders.
And like every good story, hers too has been shaped by many influential people, whom she credits all her success to. Her father, a great leader and an exemplary human being, has played a major role in shaping her core beliefs and values. Gurudev, whose enlightening guidance helped her understand the true purpose of her life. And a family who has supported her at every single step.
The spirit of collaboration spills through her personal and professional life. One of her favorite quotes by Henry Ford states, “Coming together is beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” This sentiment mirrors Lemon Yellow’s journey—a beautiful collaboration that continues to thrive with talented individuals passionate about creating meaningful experiences.
